Surfing is one of my favorite sports since i moved to San Diego over 20 years ago. I love the funny nuances of surf culture and athletic challenge of riding waves generated by the energy of the earth. I know it sounds hookie but there is something truly magical, fun, and calming about riding glassy waves.
Recently my favorite places to surf are in Cardiff California just 20 minutes up the road from my house in North Park CA. The rocky reefs of Traps and Pipes have a great vibe and kick off some nice, glassy, consistent long board waves that are super fun.
We have also be loving going down just north of Puerto Vallarta Mexico to the town of Sayulita Mexico and its neighboring surf breaks of La Lancha and Punta Burros. The warm water, good vibes, and fun approachable swell has earned this zone of mexico the title of the Malibu of Mexico. That and the food is awesome, the people are super nice, and we also have a blast in cruising around the fun town of Sayulita.
These trips and surf break are the basis for my surf t-shirts designs. Whether it be "Board Meeting" having fun with our Surf Co-work sessions in Mission beach and Cardiff. Or the always buena onda and surf adventures of partying and surfing in Mexico. We hope you love our evolving line up of fun surf t-shirts.
